Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the sg777ph Platform in any manner, including but not limited to browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that:
- You have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them;
- You have read and agree to sg777ph's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
- You have read and agree to sg777ph's Responsible Gaming Policy;
- You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
- All information you provide to sg777ph is true, accurate, and up to date.
These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and sg777ph with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.
sg777ph reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
Eligibility
To register and maintain an Account on sg777ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- Philippine Resident or Eligible Player: You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using sg777ph is lawful in your location.
- Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of sg777ph, nor a close family member of any such person, unless explicitly authorized in writing by sg777ph.
- Single Account: You are only permitted to hold one (1) Account on sg777ph. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and all balances forfeited.
- Not Self-Excluded: You must not be currently enrolled in sg777ph's self-exclusion program or any PAGCOR-administered self-exclusion register at the time of registration or play.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
sg777ph reserves the right to conduct ongoing eligibility checks at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility requirements are not — or are no longer — satisfied.
Account Registration
To access sg777ph's gaming and betting services, you must create a registered Account. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid Philippine mobile number or email address, date of birth, and a password of your choosing.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. sg777ph will treat any activity carried out using your credentials as having been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify sg777ph immediately via the support contact specified in Section 15.
- Only one Account is permitted per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method.
- Account sharing with any other person is prohibited.
- sg777ph may require additional verification at any time, including but not limited to KYC documentation, proof of payment method, and source of funds confirmation.
- sg777ph reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
Security Notice: sg777ph will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Do not share your Account credentials with any third party. sg777ph is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized Account access due to Player negligence in safeguarding credentials.
KYC Verification
In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), sg777ph is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
Players are required to submit valid copies of the following documents when requested:
- A Philippine government-issued photo identification document, which may include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, Passport, PRC ID, or Voter's ID;
- Proof of payment method ownership, where applicable;
- Proof of address, where required by sg777ph's compliance team;

sg777ph will make commercially reasonable efforts to complete KYC verification within forty-eight (48) business hours of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawal access will be suspended until KYC verification is successfully completed. sg777ph reserves the right to suspend Account activity or withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of KYC at any time.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on sg777ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). sg777ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. Accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time at sg777ph's discretion.
Deposits:
- Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your sg777ph Balance instantly.
- The minimum deposit amount is one Philippine Peso (₱1) unless otherwise specified in a promotion.
- sg777ph does not charge deposit fees. Fees imposed by your financial institution or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
- Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be rejected and refunded.
Withdrawals:
- Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit by the Account holder, or to a verified method in the Account holder's name.
- GCash withdrawals for verified Accounts are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
- sg777ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
- sg777ph reserves the right to offset pending bonuses or disputed amounts against withdrawal requests where applicable.
Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, anonymous payment services, or any method not registered in the Player's verified name. Attempting to withdraw to an unverified or third-party account may result in Account suspension.
Bonuses & Promotions
sg777ph offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
General conditions applicable to all sg777ph bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
- Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
- sg777ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or any other benefit outside the sg777ph platform.
- sg777ph reserves the right to reclaim any bonus, free bet, or promotional credit credited in error.
- Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, or exploiting technical errors — will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Game Rules & Fairness
All games offered on the sg777ph Platform are operated in accordance with individually published game rules accessible within each game's interface. By placing a bet on any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules for that game.
sg777ph's RNG-based games use certified random number generation systems that have been independently tested and certified for compliance with PAGCOR technical standards. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles and house edge figures for table games are verified through independent audit and published within the sg777ph game library.
- All game outcomes are final once determined by the game system. sg777ph does not reverse completed game results except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
- In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, sg777ph will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the outcome fairly based on available game state data. Where a fair determination is not possible, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.

- sg777ph reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including but not limited to bets placed at incorrectly stated odds or on an event that has already concluded.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sg777ph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or any alias;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with sg777ph;
- Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to evade AMLC reporting requirements, or any other activity in violation of Philippine financial crime laws;
- Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to access, navigate, or interact with the Platform;
- Colluding with other players in casino games, including chip dumping in poker variants or coordinated play in live dealer games;
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's games or betting systems;
- Abusing sg777ph's promotional systems, including bonus stacking, arbitrage strategies across accounts, or any other method designed to generate risk-free profit from bonuses;
- Engaging in matched betting or arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to abuse sg777ph's bonus or promotional offers;
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing sg777ph's support staff or other Players;
- Attempting to access sg777ph's systems, databases, or infrastructure without authorization.
Responsible Gaming
sg777ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
- Session Time Alerts: Players may configure alerts that notify them when a gaming session exceeds a specified duration.
- Reality Checks: The Platform provides periodic reality check notifications during active gaming sessions.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours and result in immediate Account suspension for the elected period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected period. Players may also access PAGCOR's centralized self-exclusion register.
- Account Closure: Players may permanently close their sg777ph Account at any time by contacting sg777ph support. Remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the verified payment method.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the sg777ph Platform — including but not limited to the sg777ph brand, trademarks, logos, software, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and all other content — are owned by or licensed to sg777ph. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use sg777ph's intellectual property for any purpose other than accessing and using the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the sg777ph Platform without the prior written consent of sg777ph. Unauthorized use of sg777ph intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine and applicable international law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sg777ph's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
sg777ph shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform;
- Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity;
- Losses arising from factors outside sg777ph's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, third-party payment processor delays, force majeure events, or PAGCOR regulatory actions;
- Losses arising from unauthorized Account access due to a Player's failure to safeguard their credentials;
- The accuracy or completeness of any information provided on the Platform for informational purposes.
Nothing in this Section limits sg777ph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Philippine law.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be subject to sg777ph's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit complaints in writing to sg777ph's support team as described in Section 15. sg777ph will acknowledge all complaints within forty-eight (48) business hours and make reasonable efforts to resolve them within thirty (30) calendar days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through sg777ph's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR, whose resolution processes are available to Players holding sg777ph accounts under a valid PAGCOR license. The parties agree that the appropriate courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings relating to these Terms that are not resolved through the above processes.
Amendments to These Terms
sg777ph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to Players via:
- A notice published on the sg777ph Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date; and/or
- An in-platform notification or email to the Player's registered address, where the amendment is material.
Continued use of the sg777ph Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining real-money Balance in accordance with the procedures described in Section 10.
Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications, and non-substantive rewording — may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication.
